I have been creating an ongoing series of Pop Art Guitar sculptures that got inspired by a large installation we did of entertainment themed art. These are handcrafted in wood for me my by friend New Hampshire ace woodworker Chris Dempsey. I then prime each piece and hand paint the artwork on them. The guitars are ready to hang but we framed a couple "floating" in black box frames and wow, do they look spectacular! The piece is coated with 2 layers of UV protective gloss varnish.
