Celebrity portraits are a specialty of Howie Green and we are actively looking for opportunities to partner with a charity and a celebrity for 'Special Art Events'. We also welcome opportunites to donate Howie's Floral Fantasy works which have proven to be popular items at charity event auctions. Thank you for bringing some "color" to our event!" - Joanne DiFrancesco, Melissa Rose Kradin Foundation CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE FLORAL FANTASY ARTWORK ART FOR CHARITY CELEBRITY PORTRAIT Alison Arngrim as "Nellie Oleson" This portrait of Alison was done as a fund-raiser for Protect.org. Howie Green will do an original acrylic and mixed media painting on canvas of the celebrity involved with your charity. The painting (approx. 24" x 30") will be done in Howie's trademark colorful pop art style - from a photograph that you supply to us. Everyone gets to see the painting before the event so there are no suprises. The painting can be purchased or auctioned off at your special event with all the money going to your charity. In addition Howie will produce a limited edition 25 print run of the painting on artists paper that he will sign and number. The edition will contain the name of your charity, event name, date, location etc. in the bottom frame of the print. Prints are 11"x 14" on artist archive paper. The prints are sold with all the money going to your charity. Any prints not sold at the event are the property of your charity to be sold as you decide. There is no cost to your charity at all. Celebrity attendance and involvment will greatly boost the sales of the artwork and add to the excitment of the event. These sort of events are more fun if the celebrity can attend and pose for photos and autograph any prints that are sold at the event. Howie is always interested in attending these special events and he loves hand-embellishing any prints that are sold, posing for photos, signing autographs etc. Planning for this sort of event is ongoing and we require 60 days notice - but we are flexible. Legal requirements: The original painting and the 50 prints are donated to your charity by Howie Green. Howie's name and web site url must be used in conjuction with any and all publicity and whenever the image is reproduced in conjuction with your chairty and the event. Howie Green retains the copyright to the painting and the full rights for future use. In return Howie agrees to always credit your group when the image is reproduced with the phrase "Created for (Your Group Name Here) or (Event Name Here)"
