Howie Green's "Flower Cow" was chosen as an official entry in the 2006 Cow Parade Boston. The cow was introduced on May 18 at the official Cow Parade kickoff party in City Square Park, Charlestown, MA and was then moved to Boston's famous Fanieul Hall Marketplace where it was on display for the remainder of the parade.
Flower Cow was the first cow in the live Auction on Sept. 22 at the Marriot Boston Hotel. The cow sold for big bucks and got the auction off to a rousing start. Flower Cow, now resides in a private collection in Weston, MA. If you're driving around Weston keep your eyes open and you might just spot the old girl.
